Meet the Team

Kevin Sartin

As a high school athlete, Kevin experienced physical therapy first hand when he tore his ACL his freshman year. Over his high school career, he tore his ACL two more times with resulting surgeries and physical therapy rehabilitation. By his senior year, Kevin knew he wanted to become a therapist to help others rehabilitate from their own injuries.


Kevin received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2015 from the University of Missouri and has had the opportunity to work in multiple outpatient physical therapy clinics learning from other therapists. Kevin is a co-owner of Knob Noster Physical Therapy and enjoys offering care to the community. He is certified in Blood Flow Restriction Training through Owens Recovery Science and has taken a special interest in joint mobilization and manipulation techniques. He has taken multiple continuing education courses on manual therapy management of the lumbar, thoracic and cervical spine in addition to receiving certification in level one Functional Dry Needling.


Kevin and his wife, Hannah, made Knob Noster home in 2016 when they decided to move closer to their families. Their family consists of their children, Noah, Sarah, Isaac and Isaiah, and their dog, Oak. Kevin is proud to offer quality physical therapy services to the community he calls home.

Alyssa Nelsen

Alyssa first experienced physical therapy after she tore her ACL in her junior year of high school. After seeing the positive impact that physical therapy had on her life and return to sports, she decided to pursue physical therapy as a career.

Alyssa received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2022 from Des Moines University and has had the opportunity to work at multiple outpatient physical therapy clinics and treat a variety of conditions. She is also a certified Athletic Trainer, with experience overseeing multiple sporting events and disciplines. Alyssa is trained in level one Functional Dry Needling.

Alyssa is originally from Iowa and moved to Missouri in 2022. Alyssa and her husband, Fenton, live in Warrensburg. They enjoy competing in rodeos and spending time riding and training their many horses.

Jamie’s journey into physical therapy began as a high school senior when she worked with a young girl who needed adaptations to better participate in her P.E. class. This experience revealed to Jamie the profound impact of movement as a form of medicine and ignited her passion for helping others through physical therapy.

Jamie’s professional relationship with Knob Noster PT started during her final clinical rotation where she appreciated the clinic’s collaborative environment and patient-first philosophy. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Missouri in 2024 and joined the KNPT team in June 2024.

Originally from Centerview, MO, Jamie now resides in Warrensburg with her boyfriend, Austin, and their dog, Raya. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys staying active through golf and working out with her Redhorse Fitness community. A former BMX racer, she carries her love for sports and movement into all aspects of her life. Enthusiastic about building relationships and making a positive impact, Jamie looks forward to working with patients and helping them achieve their health goals.

Sydnee always wanted to be a healthcare provider to help others and set her mind on being a physical therapist after a career day was held at her middle school.

Sydnee received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2024 from the University of Missouri and had the opportunity to complete one of her four clinical rotations with the KNPT team. Sydnee is also a Certified Athletic Trainer, who has been gaining experience working with various athletes and being a part of a multidisciplinary team. She has an interest in working with athletes, concussions, vestibular/dizzy disorders, and those that experience headaches/migraines.

Sydnee is from Holden, MO and loves being a part of a small-town community. She and her dog, Sunny, enjoy taking long walks and hiking at Knob Noster State Park. Sydnee is excited to be a part of the KNPT team and will go above and beyond to serve the local community.

Meghan’s journey to physical therapy began at a young age. She was in and out of clinics constantly as both her parents were physical therapists. Seeing firsthand the impact movement  and lifestyle changes can bring to someone’s quality of life lead her to pursuing physical therapy as a career.

Meghan graduated from Southwest Baptist University in 2014 and has worked in orthopedics for the past 10 years. She completed an orthopedic residency in 2016 and went on to obtain her orthopedic clinical specialist certification. She enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions.

Meghan moved to Warrensburg with her husband and 3 children in July 2024. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband and 3 kids. Meghan also enjoys playing soccer and lifting weights. 

Shelby always knew that she wanted to work in healthcare and decided on physical therapy in high school after her father tore his meniscus. After watching her father’s journey she realized she had a passion for helping people recover and return to what they love doing. 

Shelby received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2025 from the University of Missouri and joined the KNPT team in June 2025. Shelby completed her first clinical rotation with KNPT in 2022 and is excited to be back. She enjoys treating all orthopedic conditions and building relationships with patients in the clinic.

Chinh has always enjoyed fitness. He found great joy in aiding people and had an inkling he wanted to be a physical therapist since high school after watching many Athlean X videos. At the time he was shadowing a PT, he injured his low back and after making a recovery and
receiving guidance, he knew physical therapy was for him.

Chinh received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2025 from Creighton University and joined the KNPT team in August 2025. He enjoys treating all types of conditions and providing care while sharing laughs with his patients. 

Chinh enjoys fitness, anime, video games, acquiring new skills, learning new things and spending time with his wife.

Kris has worked for Physical Therapy of Concordia in her home town since 2011. While working there as a PT Tech, she realized her passion was to be more involved with patient treatments and be an integral part of their therapy progression. She went back to school and received her Physical Therapist Assistant degree at Penn Valley Community College in Kansas City. She is a co-owner of Knob Noster Physical Therapy and has worked here since she completed her degree in 2018.

Kris was born and raised in Concordia, MO and has been married to Kevin Reinwald since 1996. They have 3 adult children and 5 grandchildren. Kris enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling her grandkids and spending time at the lake during the summer.

Kelley graduated with her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from University of Alaska Anchorage in 2018. She started working at Knob Noster Physical Therapy in December 2020. Kelley enjoys learning all different aspects of physical therapy but has a special interest in Manual Therapy Techniques.

She grew up in Rapid City, SD where she met and married her husband Jon in 2004. Since then, they have had the opportunity to live at several stateside bases and an overseas base before landing at Whiteman AFB in November 2020. In her spare time, Kelley stays busy supporting her kids, Kinleigh and Bryson, in all their activities and getting outdoors with her family to explore everything the local area has to offer.

Jess has spent the majority of her life in Knob Noster and enjoys the small-town atmosphere. In her earlier career, she worked at Panther Steakhouse, where she got to know many members of the community, a connection she’s excited to rekindle in this role.

Jess has a Business Degree from State Fair Community College and has considered furthering her education at some point in the future.

Jess enjoys spending time with family, especially her kids, including two daughters, and a bonus son (and his wife) and the beautiful granddaughter they blessed her and her husband with.

After living overseas for several years, Allison and her family relocated to Knob Noster in 2021. Allison was previously a patient at KNPT and saw the benefits of how physical therapy can impact your health. She joined the KNPT team as Patient Care Coordinator in 2025.

Allison has a degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. She enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids, friends, and her dogs. She enjoys meeting new people and the opportunity to getting to know the patients at the clinic.

Hannah has been a part of Knob Noster Physical Therapy since 2017, managing the marketing and website for the clinic. Hannah experienced physical therapy first hand while in high school and although it did not inspire her to pursue a career in physical therapy, she met Kevin, her husband, while receiving treatment.

Hannah graduated from the University of Central Missouri with a B.S. in Public Relations and minor in Business Administration in 2013. She began her career working at Callis, a full-service advertising agency, where she had the opportunity to work with clients from a variety of industries. After her second child, Hannah decided to leave the agency life to raise her children. Hannah has continued to manage the marketing and website for the clinic and began assisting at the clinic as Office Coordinator in 2021.

Hannah enjoys spending time with family, watching her kids, Noah, Sarah, Isaac and Isaiah, explore and learn new things, and celebrating life with her friends.

Gena has been in the healthcare industry specializing in insurance billing for over 30 years. After retiring from a local medical clinic in Concordia, she was convinced to work part-time as the billing manager for Physical Therapy of Concordia and when Knob Noster Physical Therapy opened in 2017, she took on the role of billing specialist for KNPT.


Gena enjoys being a grandma to her three grandkids. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, sewing, crafting, cooking, and gardening.
