Knob Noster Physical Therapy is excited to offer up to two $500 scholarships to high schools seniors planning to pursue a career in the healthcare field.
Open to Knob Noster, Leeton, Windsor, La Monte and Green Ridge High School 2025 graduates. Applicants should be seeking a career in the healthcare field; preference will be given to students planning to go into physical therapy but all healthcare fields will be considered.
To apply, please fill out the form below and complete a one to two page essay explaining what healthcare career path you are pursuing and why you are choosing that specific career.
Students can submit applications by email to kevin@knobpt.com or mail to Knob Noster Physical Therapy at 106 E. Lucas Street, Knob Noster, MO 65336. Winning applicants will be notified and will be awarded with a one-time $500 scholarship to use for tuition expenses.
Deadline to enter is April 17, 2026.
